We want to thank Tailored Genes for generating several high purity LV vectors for our studies. These vectors were of excellent quality that it allowed my team to transduce primary mesenchymal stromal cells at high efficiency. The results obtained using the generated LV vectors were invaluable. Tailored Genes allowed us to complete several important studies in a timely way in a competitive area. Chet and his team generated a virus containing an eGFP-tagged membrane protein, infected an epithelial cell line and helped to generate a stable line that enabled the completion of three research papers aimed at establishing the functional properties of this membrane protein. Tailored genes also provided the control viruses needed for project completion.  I will certainly contact Tailored Genes for our planned expression studies in primary cells.
